Your cross-country adventure in the Antholz Valley

Where else but here? The winter landscape of the Antholz valley is tailor-made for extensive cross-country skiing activities: more than 60 kilometres of cross-country ski slopes (about 20km in the Biathlon Center) are waiting to fascinate you around the glacier-rich Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park, amid sparkling forests and snow-covered three-thousanders such as the Magerstein, Hochgall and Wildgall. Whether classic or skating, beginners or experts: at an altitude of 1,000 – 1,650 metres, all your cross-country skiing wishes are fully satisfied.

 

The famous Antholz Cross-Country & Biathlon Centre, where international cross-country stars train every year, and which invites you to follow the tracks of this winter sport's elite along 20 kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes. If you want to try cross-country skiing for the first time or if you need the right equipment, you can always rely on our cross-country skiing instructors and rental services.

Did you know that the Antholzertal valley belongs to the largest cross-country ski carousel in Europe? You read that right! With our 60 kilometres of cross-country slopes, featuring also the renowned Cross-Country & Biathlon Centre, we are the No. 02 region of the Dolomiti NordicSki Carousel. In our cross-country skiing area, at an altitude of 1,000 to 1,650 metres, both beginners and professionals can look forward to exciting trails which lead you through the snow-covered landscape all around the Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park.


The Dolomitic NordicSki carousel includes the areas called Antholz Valley, Val Casies-Monguelfo-Tesido, 3 Zinnen Dolomites, East Tyrol, Comelico, Cortina d’Ampezzo, Valle Aurina and Seiser Alm Dolomites Val Gardena. It thus covers a total of 8 cross-country skiing regions and 900 kilometres of slopes – all right at the heart of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage. Best of all, you can access all of these trails with a single ticket!

Europe's largest cross-country skiing carousel with more than 1,300 kilometres of trails in 10 areas presents itself as attractive and varied with wonderful tours in the middle of the Dolomites, a uniform price system as well as a total ski pass, exciting events, Dolomiti Nordicski hotels geared to the target group and top offers. Special service: GPS download of every tour.

Children up to 14 years of age can use the trails free of charge. No compensation in the event of operational restrictions of any kind. No liability is accepted that all slopes are passable.
