Fruit Garden Antholz Valley

FRUIT VARIETIES IN THE ANTHOLZ VALLEY
Preserving diversity for the generations to come!

Public edible gardens invite you to taste different types of fruit and nuts in as many locations, providing spaces to learn more about sustainability and selfsufficiency as well as raising awareness of local produce, education and the sense of community. This is “Fruit Garden Antholz Valley – feel free to taste!”. As South Tyrol’s first edible community, the Antholz valley holds a pioneering role.

“ Come, of all this ripest fruit, eat with taste, and delight! Poems on roses might still suit, but on the apple man must bite.” Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
